Tom Sagi is a co-founder and the CEO of Hourly. Tom is dedicated to creating a solution that helps make workers’ comp better for everyone involved. Prior to Hourly, Tom managed a real estate development company where he got fed up with just how complex and time-consuming it was to handle workers’ comp for hourly employees.
Amir Faintuch is a technology entrepreneur, investor and senior executive. He is Hourly’s executive chairman and also serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager at GlobalFoundries. At GlobalFoundries, Amir leads their Wired Infrastructure and Silicon Photonics business units.
Previously, Amir was Senior Vice President and General Manager at Intel where he led their global engineering organization. Prior to Intel, Amir served as a Division President of Qualcomm.
Dan Sevilla is Hourly’s Chief Financial Officer and is a highly accomplished senior finance executive proven in financial and operational leadership. Dan has significant experience in workers’ compensation insurance and was previously CFO of State Compensation Insurance Fund, a $1 billion insurance company and the largest writer of workers’ comp in California, as well as SVP of Finance for Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, a $5 billion national insurance company.
Tomer is responsible for data analytics, risk, underwriting, claims and treaty insurance. Tomer is passionate about using real time data and technology to reduce the frequency of injuries and to help injured workers return to health rapidly.
Tomer has been a fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society since 2005. He previously served as Chief Actuary at Arrowhead General Insurance Services, Chief Actuary of Atlas General Insurance Services and Corporate Actuary of Preferred Employers, a division of W.R. Berkley.
