The future of workers’ comp

Hourly is revolutionizing the $50B workers’ comp industry with real-time data. From business owners to insurance agents and insurers, the industry today is operating based on guesstimates and data that is often more than a year old. By using Hourly, business owners can see their exact premiums and labor costs in real-time. Agents can see how their clients are performing, and the insurers can better predict premiums vs risk. It’s a win for everyone…Neat!

Remembering Shay Litvak

November 1979 - September 2023

Our hearts are heavy as we remember the extraordinary life of our beloved co-founder and CTO, who left us far too soon.

An exceptional innovator, a supportive colleague, and a devoted family man, his legacy lives on in our work and his family. His life and legacy continue to guide us, and his memory will always be a beacon for our future.
