Your free 14-day trial gives you full access to the Hourly Time Tracking plan. There are no restrictions, and you have no obligation to continue using Hourly beyond your trial period. You don’t need to enter a credit card until you’re ready to move forward. Subscribe by the end of the 14-day free trial to continue to use your account by clicking Subscribe at the top of the screen and entering your credit card details in the web app. Accounts become locked if the trial period is over and no subscription has been made.
Log into the Hourly web app and click the Subscribe button at the top of the overview page. Enter in your payment details and you’ll start your subscription.
At the end of your Hourly trial, you’ll need to enter your credit card details to continue using your account. If you don’t subscribe, then employees can continue to clock in and out as normal, but managers will not be able to access features. Simply log in and subscribe to unlock your account and continue enjoying the features of Hourly.
While we’re sad to see you go, you can cancel at any time by going into Settings, selecting Subscription, and clicking Manage Subscription.
Hourly only bills for active users. An active user is someone who has clocked in at least once a month. For example, if you have seasonal workers who aren’t on the clock this month, you won’t be charged for their accounts.
